1. First, access the designated official website, https://ipds.gujarat.gov.in.
2. Once on the home page, click on the Sales tab.
3. Click the Other option from the drop-down list.
4. Click the Request New Ration Card icon under Online Services.
5. Click Download Form to submit offline.
6. To submit online, click the Apply Online link. Register if you haven’t already.
7. Log in with your access data.
8. An application form for a ration card will appear on the screen.
9. Enter all required details.
10. Click the “Send” button.

2. On the start page, select the appropriate year and month
3. Click the GO button.

5. Click on the region of your choice.
6. A detailed list appears on the screen.
7. Keep clicking on your region. The area related list of ration cards for the selected area appears on the screen.
8. Displays the total number of ration cards, names, and other details for all ration cardholders in the selected region.
9. Click on the respective reference number.
10. Details of all members of the selected ration card will be displayed on the screen.
