PM Kisan Samman Yojana 2023: The Pradhan Mantri Samman Nidhi Yojna (PMKSNY) is a government scheme. This scheme was launched by the Government of India in the year 2018. This scheme aims to provide a financial income support of up to Rs 6000 per year to landholding farmer families.
In this scheme each eligible farmer family is entitled to receive Rs 6000 per year across India. This total amount is distributed in three equal installments of Rs 2000 in every four months. This income support is deposited directly to their bank accounts.

Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana came into effect on 1st December 2018. It was launched by the prime minister of India Narendra Modi on 24th February 2019. This scheme aims to provide a financial income support of up to Rs 6000 per year to farmers and their families.

Farmer families that qualify following criteria can use this government scheme.
- Farmers having cultivable land can apply for the benefit of this scheme.
- Small and marginal farmers are capable of this scheme.
- For this scheme Farmers should hold Indian citizens.
- The farmers should be between the age of 18 to 40 years.
- For this scheme Farmers should have an Aadhar Card and a savings bank account.
- Farmers monthly income should be 15,000 or under.
